Brian C. Bastin holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami (1993) and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Stetson University (1991). He began his career at Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach in 1994 as the Pre-owned Vehicles Manager. He then was promoted to General Manager of the dealership in 1996, and became the Operating Partner of the Dealership in 2006.
Mr. Bastin's real estate experience originated in 1994 through his involvement with a partnership group that owned and leased land to automotive dealerships. Over time Brian's business involvement in real estate investment expanded to include the research, purchase and development of various types of properties. Additionally, his experience consists of obtaining and selling a mixture of personal holdings, including the multi-million dollar sale of the Mercedes dealership and his underlying shares of land in 2006-2007.
Mr. Bastin has formed the TriStar Business Group to formally specialize in two areas of business:
The acquisition and management of a diversified portfolio of investment holdings, including commercial, light industrial, and residential properties.
To offer business planning and consulting services to automotive dealerships in the southeastern United States. These services focus on increased sales, customer retention, cost controls, and overall financial performance of each business department.
