Investment Holdings

The TriStar Business Group's asset holdings and strategy are concentrated around the specialized areas of Mr. Bastin's accumulated real estate investment expertise. These areas include retail, commercial, light industrial, and residential properties.

Since 1994, Mr. Bastin has been involved in the active management and development of specific properties, while also partnering with other groups of investors and taking a more passive role in the ownership of additional properties. This dual approach allows TriStar to effectively focus time and management onto the company's areas of expertise, while still maintaining a more diversified portfolio of holdings.

Currently, the TriStar Business Group is looking to add both developable and income-generating properties of various sizes to the group's portfolio. This may be achieved through either singular purchases, or as part of joint venture or investment teams.
